- Turned around a mid size Technology company from three years of negative profitability to profitable market leader by focusing on our strengths in network security and delivery talent. Returned to profitability and acquired within two years.

 

Growth Strategy:

- Drove first year record growth of 34% as a COO for a commercial construction company. 

- VP of Sales for a Microsoft Dynamics Partner achieved 85% revenue growth in the first 18 months.

- As an EVP for a Microsoft Partner, led the pursuit, negotiation and close of the largest account (4X previous) in the   company’s 18 year history, in first 18 months.


Project Rescue: 

- As new executive sponsor for 2nd most valuable sports franchise in the world, co-developed new support and implementation plan leading to retaining the account.

Global Sales and Operations: Managed and negotiated high-value global software and services projects for multiple companies spanning US, Latin America, Asia, Europe and Caribbean.


Strategic Alliances: Built and managed major alliances and contracts with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Sun, Cisco, Nortel, Lucent and hundreds of software ISVs to solidify relationships, leads and expertise, translating to revenue growth and company turnarounds.
